- How do I claim my firm profile?
- Search the directory for your firm name, open your profile, and note the URL. Submit a claim or update through the form on this page with your firm name, profile link, and your role at the firm. You can also email support@naqood.ae with the same details.
- How do profile updates work?
- Tell us what should change (services, emirates, languages, contacts, or FTA approval wording as listed on your profile). We review submissions for completeness and publish corrections. Allow a few business days for review.
- How do I use the Listed on findaccountant.ae badge?
- Copy the HTML snippet on this page and paste it on your website, typically in the footer or partners section. Link the badge to your findaccountant.ae profile URL when you have one, or to the directory homepage. Use the badge only for firms that actually appear in the directory.
- How should FTA approval appear on my profile?
- State FTA tax agent approval only as it applies to your firm on your listing. Naqood does not verify approval. Businesses can confirm registration on the Federal Tax Authority public register at tax.gov.ae. On findaccountant.ae we describe matching firms as FTA approved (as listed).
- How is this different from List Your Firm?
- List Your Firm is for new firms requesting a first-time directory profile. This page is for firms already published on findaccountant.ae who want to claim, update, or badge their existing listing.
- Is there a fee to claim or use the badge?
- No. Claiming, updates, and the embeddable badge are free. Naqood does not charge commission when businesses contact you from your profile.
